When your rope ships
Wire rope on this site ships in 1 to 2 business days. Your quote shows the ship date for your rope. Sheave gauges and Viper parts: the ship date is on your quote.
Where we ship
Anywhere in Canada, the USA and Mexico. We ship from the stocking warehouse closest to your site and use a hotshot freight network to keep crane downtime to a minimum, including offshore and remote sites.
Freight cost
Freight is free in Canada and the lower 48 states. Hotshot freight, and freight to Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico, is quoted with your rope. Tariffs, duties and taxes are extra where they apply, and your quote shows them on their own line before you order.
Shipping to the USA or Mexico
Your quote states whether duties, brokerage and import taxes are included. Ask us if you need a particular broker or Incoterm.
When it arrives
Check the reel and packaging before you sign for it, and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Send us photos the same day and we will deal with the carrier.
